Pay Rate: Starting at $32-38+/hour, based on experience

Employment Type: W-2 contractResponsibilities:

Provide ESL instruction to students with varying levels of English proficiency

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards

Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed

Support students in achieving language development goalsQualifications:

Must hold a valid OH ELA (English Language Arts) teaching license with ESL endorsement

Prior school-based or ESL teaching experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
