Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate

Available Shifts:

Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday)

Shift 2: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday through Friday)

Shift 3: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (depends on experience) (paid weekly)

Job Description

Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate! You'll be responsible for shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods to fulfill customer orders. Use an ERP system or tablet to complete shipments, pull, package, and palletize products, and ensure all shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards. You'll also handle incoming products, stock and rotate inventory, and create shipping documents like labels, packing lists, and bills of lading. Maintain a clean work environment and perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet.

Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.

Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet standards.

Receive, stock, and rotate products.

Identify, tag, store, and locate finished inventory.

Create and apply shipping documents.

Maintain a clean work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Comfortable with heights (will operate cherry picker).

Computer proficiency.

Experience in shipping and receiving.

Ability to read and write accurately.

6+ months of forklift operation experience (Must have stand up forklift or reach truck experience; Cherry Picker experience highly preferred).

Preferred:

Experience with UPS and FedEx software

Previous warehouse lead experience

Work Environment

This role involves standing, walking, seeing, talking, and hearing regularly, with occasional sitting. You'll operate large equipment and need to maintain constant positioning. You must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with assistance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire (6 Month Duration) position based out of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
