2nd Shift Production Worker

Salary:

Hours: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

Pay: Hourly base rate and a $3 shift differential plus quarterly incentive bonuses

Time Off:80 hours of holiday pay and generous PTO

Join our manufacturing team and dive into our unique furnace plating process! You'll have the exciting responsibility of applying superabrasives to a variety of different industrial parts. Get hands-on and bring your creative and artistic skills as you work with cutting-edge materials and techniques. This is an entry level role and no experience is required.

Duties and responsibilities:

Take initiative and demonstrate internal drive for results.

Prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to relative importance.

Comprehend and successfully follow documented procedures.

Follow all company safety policies and practices.

Qualifications:

Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Must be detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace.

Have a positive attitude.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work under a microscope.

Capability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Sit and stand throughout the day as needed.

Willingness to follow company PPE standards to work with chemicals found onsite.
