Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and assist customers Recommend appropriate products and services Accurately process customer transactions Achieve sales and customer service targets Qualifications: At least High School Graduate Minimum 1-year BPO experience (with at least 6 months in Sales) English proficiency level Excellent written and verbal communication skills Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
