Welcome to the role of Car Wash District Manager at Beck's!

As Beck’s Car Wash District Manager, you are fully accountable for every aspect of the car washes. You will oversee multiple locations within your district, ensuring operational excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction. You are responsible for managing daily operations, leading by example, training and developing staff, and driving profitability. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment while maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness. With a focus on achieving performance goals and enhancing customer experience, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of the Beck’s Car Wash operations.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Take the highest level of responsibility for car washes in your district

Hire, train, and manage the car wash managers

Lead by example and be able to perform every function at the washes at the highest level

Ensure all washes continually meet Car Wash Brand Standards

Cleanliness, Employee appearance, Employee performance, Clean, Dry, and Shiny cars, Customer service

Enforce accountability at each wash

Monitor and manage each wash’s profitability

Develop every employee at each wash

Create and set the Beck’s culture at each wash

Create and maintain a safe work environment at each wash

Understand the electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and mechanical operations of the washes

Be an expert at troubleshooting equipment issues both in person and over the phone

Inspect equipment functionality and accuracy of the washes each visit

Maintain maximum up-time for each piece of equipment

Job Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience, preferred

Clean driving record and pre-employment background check

Ability to problem solve and find quick solutions in the face of obstacles

Mechanically savvy to troubleshoot equipment issues

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership abilities and excellent work ethic
