Garbage Truck Supervisor

JOB DETAILS: Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily garbage collection activities, ensuring adherence to schedules.

Monitor driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA). Train new drivers on operational procedures, route planning, and safety protocols.

Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of waste collection, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in waste management is a plus.

3+ years of experience in waste management or supervisory roles.

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of local disposal regulations and safety standards.
