Requirements

Qualifications / personal characteristics:

BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.

Graduate or with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Familiar with routing protocols and router configuration.

Microsoft Windows Server architecture, VM, Hyper-V and Linux knowledge.

Exposure to Network Architecture and Web protocols.

Open-source network monitoring, Wireshark knowledge.

Knowledge of security principles and related network technologies.

Problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and conceptual skills.

Good communication skills.

Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written).

Desired Qualifications:

MSc Degree in Information Technology, Networking & Communication, or other relevant field.

Experience in design/implementation/support of data networking, routing and switching, subnetting and network segmenting with large scale enterprise network.

Network or Security Certifications.

Scripting and Python or Java will be considered a plus.

Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes and systems.

Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties.

Root cause analysis and troubleshooting for network and system issues/bottlenecks.
