Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Planning & Accounting Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, compliance knowledge, and experience in handling end-to-end accounting and financial operations

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and analysis for management review

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits

Handle month-end and year-end closing processes

Setup payments and Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategy

Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent)

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus skills:

Experience in the telecom domain or working in a product-based company

Exposure to international accounting practices and tools
