Key Qualifications:
Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma with at least five (5) years of Human Resources experience.
College degree or HR-related certification is highly preferred.
Must be knowledgeable of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in nursing care facilities; more specifically laws pertaining to Worker’s Compensation and unemployment guidelines.
Responsibilities:
To oversee the Human Resources Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that quality personnel are interviewed, trained and employed.
