Program Manager

Summary

Chenega Naswik International is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in the National Capital Region to manage and oversee a large, multi-site, armed security program for DoD.

Responsibilities

Manage the program to ensure achievement of objectives including customer satisfaction, contract compliance including the submittal of deliverables, and adherence to budget and work schedule.

Establish and maintain strong, cooperative and supportive business working relationships with customer stakeholders.

Manage compliance with collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive working relationships with organized labor

Adapt to and support changing requirements including heightened security conditions, emergent needs or special events

Maintain quality service delivery and favorable customer evaluations

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Five years of recent experience in managing armed security forces across geographically disparate facilities

Must be a US Citizen

Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility

An undergraduate or higher degree in management, business, security or a law enforcement related field is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with government stakeholders, contracting staff, and team members

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Detailed knowledge of DoD Mission Assurance strategies and principles including Force Protection and Emergency Management

Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders.
