Validation Engineer - Reactivity Topics

As a Validation Engineer focused on Reactivity Topics, you will be involved in analyzing and resolving field issues to support product reliability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing in-depth diagnostics on returned or faulty vehicles and components (ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, etc.).

Analyzing both hardware and software failures using functional schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.

Applying internal procedures related to testing, commissioning, disassembly, and reassembly of components.

Investigating issues based on customer feedback and field returns, including both Level 1 and Level 2 analyses.

Proposing and documenting corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.

Preparing and presenting detailed technical reports using standard templates and ensuring follow-up on defined actions.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional team to validate solutions and contribute to continuous product and process improvement

YOUR PROFILE:

Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Solid experience in diagnostics and aftersales support within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of embedded systems (HW/SW), ECUs, communication protocols (CAN, LIN), and diagnostic tools (e.g., INCA, DDT2000, CANalyzer).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of issues.

Strong ability to synthesize technical data and define actionable plans.

Fluent English is required (written and spoken).
