Location: Detroit Metro / Hybrid
Reports To: Director of Operations

The IT Manager will oversee the companys technology infrastructure, ensure data security, and drive digital transformation to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Job Summary:
The Information Technology Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
\tHires and trains members of the technical staff.
\tAssigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
\tOversees the day-to-day workflow of the department.
\tConducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
\tHandles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
\tManages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
\tDevelops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
\tSets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
\tEstablishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
\tCollects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
\tPerforms other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
\tOrganized with attention to detail.
\tExcellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\tThorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
\tThorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
\tProficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
\tProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
\tAbility to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
\tBachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Masters degree preferred.
\tAt least three years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
\tProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
\tMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
