The Personnel and Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the VP of Personnel and Operations, including greeting people entering the administrative offices, handling confidential employee data, completing tax credit applications, coordinating employee events and celebrations, managing vendor communications, and ensuring the timely completion of various office and HR-related tasks.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in Human Resources or Operations, is required.
WHAT WILL I DO?
Greet people entering the PCC administrative offices.
Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
Process and submit tax credit applications accurately and on time.
Organize and manage employee files, inputting and updating confidential information in iSolved while ensuring compliance with data retention policies.
Assist in planning and coordinating employee events, celebrations, and recognitions, ensuring timely communication with employees.
Maintain a detailed calendar of employee reviews, birthdays, anniversaries, and other key dates, ensuring timely acknowledgments.
Act as a point of contact for vendors, handling inquiries, placing orders, arranging supplies and services for events, and resolving issues as needed.
Support the VP of Personnel and Operations with special projects, such as research or preparing reports.
Monitor deadlines for ongoing initiatives and provide regular updates on project statuses and outstanding tasks.
Manage office supplies relevant to the department, ensuring inventory is maintained.
Provide administrative support for Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings.
Help draft communication materials for announcements, updates, or events.
