Title: Facility Support Manager

Status: Full Time

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with weekend on-call

What You'll Do:

As our Facility Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our beautiful Greensburg facility and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals and oversee a variety of essential functions, including:

Inspiring Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment by upholding our core values, addressing any zero-tolerance behaviors, and maintaining open communication with your team.

Building Maintenance & Repair: Direct or participate in the maintenance and repair of building structures, including masonry, woodwork, furnishings, and essential systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Groundskeeping & Landscaping: Oversee the upkeep of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, leaf removal, snow removal, and maintaining parking lots and roadways. Create beautiful flower beds and enhance our outdoor spaces.

Preventative Maintenance: Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our equipment and systems.

Resource Management: Procure necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.

Problem Solving & Team Support: Analyze and resolve work challenges, providing guidance and support to your team members.

Team Motivation: Develop and implement strategies to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals.

What You'll Need:

Required: RHVAC (Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) associate's degree and refrigerant handling license.

Minimum of five years of experience in carpentry, electrical, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trades, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A valid Pennsylvania driver's license in good standing.
