Restaurant Manager

They build and lead great shifts, empower team members to grow their skillsets and maintain a positive attitude throughout the restaurant. Please only apply if you have the following:

2+ years of restaurant management experience

Able to work a variety of shifts- opening shifts (8am-5pm), mid shifts (11am-9pm, 2pm-11pm) and closing shifts (3pm-12am).

Responsibilities:

Run shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service

Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members

Lead team as a coach and mentor

Support the development of a high performing team

Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic

Excitement for work

Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Demonstrated passion and leadership

Motivational and positive leadership style

Strong communication and organization skills

Warm and friendly personality

2 years of quick service management experience required

Experience supervising at least 10 employees

Ability to work a variety of shifts including first shift, second shift, weekends, and holidays
