Google ADs Expert for Tuition

I would like to find a Google ADs expert to provide me with a number tuition sessions to bring me up to speed on how to make changes to and monitor an ongoing Google ADs campaign for a small business (a MOT Test Centre and vehicle repair garage). This would ideally be face to face if local to myself (I am in Exeter in Devon) or via screen share and 'phone.
