First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical, detail oriented Salesforce Architect. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions on the Bank’s CRM platform (Salesforce). This position will play a crucial role in shaping our CRM strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring the long-term success of our Salesforce implementations

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $106k - $135k / annually; commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related field or equivalent experience required

Financial Services industry experience, desirable preferred

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred

3 years of experience in Salesforce or other cloud CRM architecture required

Experience with cloud-based project and agile management tools, such as Jira

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and interpret data, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement

Desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Excellent time management skills

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments

Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
