Manufacturing Engineering Manager

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute strategies that improve manufacturing performance, quality, and efficiency.

Lead cross-functional teams in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.

Mentor, coach, and grow a team of talented engineers.

Optimize manufacturing systems, technologies, and performance metrics.

Drive the capital planning process and manage the execution of capital projects.

Manage multiple project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering

Strong leadership and communication skills

Prior experience leading teams or projects is a plus
