Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC

Setting: Hybrid

Duration: 12+ months.

Job-specific knowledge:

Agilist with Project Manager and Power BI Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong project management skills and Power BI expertise to support our Contact Center IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies, managing projects, and leveraging data visualization to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Lead teams working in a SCRUM and KANBAN framework

Develop solutions collaborating with external teams and removing impediments.

Coordinate work, releases and technical changes communicating with IT teams and CCO leadership

Create and manage JIRA boards to manage project, deliverables

Support product owner communicating business objectives to

Present to leadership about the team progress during Sprint reviews and other meetings

Works with the Product Owner to ensure

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking and reporting

Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools and techniques

Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track team performance and project metrics

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

Adapt and take ownership of the work to ensure the team is successful

Facilitate communication between the development team and product owner

Mentor team members on Agile practices and support their professional growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Agile leadership experience developing technological solutions.

Experience working with Contact Center solutions for Voice is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, project manager or equivalent experience in an IT environment

Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred

Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports

Experience working with contact center technologies and IT support teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principles

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Familiarity with contact center platforms and technologies

Understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts
