Pharmacist Highlights:

Schedule: Full Time, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 40 hours per week

Pay Range: $55 Hourly

Pharmacist Responsibilities: The Clinical Pharmacist will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of immunizations, diabetes and smoking cessation programs, as well as other Subject Matter Expertise (SME) programs as developed by AHF, with appropriate collaborative drug therapy management authority. This includes prescriptive authority where this is legally and organizationally authorized such as PrEP and PEP therapies

Pharmacist Qualifications:

State Pharmacist License
