Dialogue Developer

Job Description

• This team is responsible for enrollment letters, welcome letters, and Creating Id cards – creating print material for ID cards

• Ideal candidates would come from Broadridge, HP, or VSP

• Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of software applications using the OpenText Exstream platform for communications management, which includes the following software tools: Command Center, Communication Server, Dialog Live Editor, Output Server and Empower Editor.

• Conduct software demos and training for user groups and business stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile Scrum and Kanban sprint ceremonies and contribute towards grooming, sprint planning, estimations and retrospectives.

• Work with testing frameworks including Junit, support integration testing and User Acceptance testing, and resolve defects raised by QA.

• Implement job monitoring and logging frameworks, determine root cause for job failures.

• Provide input on customer communication management tools, frameworks and best practices.

• Establish performance SLAs, drive performance improvement within applications, and ensure software application architecture adheres to performance standards.
