Job Description

This position is responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices on a team within a manufacturing cell.

The role includes detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery per documented procedures.

Tasks may involve electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging.

You will be cleaning tools and equipment, assembling medical devices and related components, and working in a controlled cleanroom environment.

The role may also include the use of microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and operating various equipment.

Routine assignments follow specified and standardized procedures, and work is closely and continually reviewed.Responsibilities

Perform visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.

Conduct tests on units using computerized test equipment.

Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.

Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.

Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate.

Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment for all operations.Essential Skills

Basic English proficiency

High School Diploma or GED

6 months of manufacturing experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in assembly and operation of medical devices

Knowledge of cleanroom standards and procedures

Additional Information:

Regardless of shift, the first 2 days of work are always orientation from 7am-1:30pm.

(6 openings) 1st Shift: 5am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays

***Working 9-12 hour shifts as needed***

Must be available for mandatory Overtime on the back end of the shift

**There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need.**

Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience needed

Operator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experience

Operator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience

The work environment is a manufacturing/cleanroom setting which requires adherence to Global Gowning Procedures.

Jeans must be professionally appropriate with no rips, holes, or stains.

This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, California.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.75/hr.
