CNC Mill Machinist – $21–$30/hr DOE

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a highly skilled CNC Mill Machinist for our client, a precision machining and fabrication shop that supports the oil & gas, aerospace, and industrial markets. This role requires expertise in 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling and a strong understanding of precision machining processes.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines accurately and efficiently.

Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and setup sheets.

Machine parts to tight tolerances down to 0.0005”.

Use precision measurement and inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, etc.) to verify part quality throughout the machining process.

Perform complete part setups, including fixturing, tool setting, and program loading/editing.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

Identify, select, and utilize appropriate cutting tools (drills, end mills, boring bars, inserted cutters, etc.).

Work with Hurco and Haas controls.

Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate with supervisors/engineers as needed.

Keep a clean and organized work area and perform basic machine maintenance.

Lift parts and materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

3+ years of CNC milling experience, with strong knowledge of 3, 4, and 5-axis machining.

Need to understand basic G-Code & M-Code with the ability to follow directions, as well as have knowledge of machining in a custom job shop environment.

Proficient in using Hurco and Haas control systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of tooling and fixturing.

Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances down to 0.0005”.

Skilled in reading engineering prints and using precision inspection tools.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties while standing for extended periods.

Must pass ITS screenings.

Must have their own Measuring tools
