Job Title: Tig Welder

Job Description

Candidates will be engaged in custom Tig welding, primarily building water filtration systems. They will also assist with cutting metals and running fabrication equipment as needed. While the majority of the work involves welding, candidates should be willing to help in other areas when required.

Responsibilities

Perform custom Tig welding on stainless steel pipes, including schedule 10 - 80 (3/4"- 2") 304/316/2205/2207 stainless steel.

Purge welds to ensure quality.

Read and interpret blueprints for accurate welding and fabrication.

Assist with cutting metals and operating fabrication equipment.

Support in assembly, MIG welding, and electrical work when needed.Essential Skills

Proficient in TIG welding, particularly on stainless steel piping.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Capable of passing a 2-3" pipe/butt weld test.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Open to recent graduates provided they can pass the weld test.

Willingness to assist in various tasks beyond welding.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
