In addition, we offer self-perform construction services including concrete, steel erection, carpentry, drywall and acoustical ceilings and an in-house AWI Certified mill shop.

Job Description:

SUMMARY:

This role provides overall management direction for various field projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, organize and staff key field positions through regional department leaders.

Establish project objectives within boundaries of corporate policy.

Initiate and maintain relationship with prime client and A/E contacts to facilitate construction activities

Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.

Represent company in project meetings andassist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings.

Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment income/expense, etc) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client.

Assume additional responsibilities as directed by company leaders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in a construction related field or equivalent combinations of technicaltraining and experience

7+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of construction, design, finance and management

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
