The KC-based firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of law firm experience to support a distinguished team of trial attorneys. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing case documentation, coordinating discovery, and assisting with trial preparation in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment dedicated to achieving complete client vindication.

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities

Review and draft routine legal documents

Create and maintain case files

Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders

Conduct legal research

Litigation Paralegal Requirements

2+ year's experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably medical malpractice or insurance defense.

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in legal research tools, Microsoft Office suite, and case management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal support in a fast-paced litigation environment.
