Job Description
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among superintendents, coordinators, and support staff.
Conduct risk assessments, resolve issues proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships to secure repeat business.
Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
Monitor project financials, including cost forecasting, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
Drive process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+, such as big box retail stores or warehouses and distribution centers.
Strong understanding of construction methods, electrical/mechanical systems, and industry software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and critical client interactions.
Detail-oriented problem-solver with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with Atlanta's commercial construction market and local subcontractor networks is a plus.

Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Annual Bonus: based on project and company profitability and performance metrics.
