Job Description
Oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Maintain communication with stakeholders, reporting on progress and challenges
Adhere to safety standards and building codes
Coordinate tasks and schedules with project teams
Collaborate with architects and engineers to finalize plans and blueprints
Monitor the quality of construction and materials

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:
A strong knowledge of the Business Services industry
Proven experience in the Construction department
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
A keen eye for detail and quality
