Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead and manage environmental projects, focusing on Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase I & II ESA Review: Analyze reports, aerial photos, and site data to develop site models and sampling plans.
Investigation & Cleanup Planning: Evaluate contamination and create strategies for remediation under Pennsylvania's Act 2.
Liaison with PADEP: Submit remediation notices and maintain communication with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
Remedial Reports & Cleanup Plans: Prepare reports and plans to address contamination (soil capping, vapor mitigation, etc.).
Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations and budget goals.
Team Collaboration: Work with geologists, hydrogeologists, and environmental scientists.
Client Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related fields.
Experience: 10+ years in environmental consulting, focused on site assessment and remediation.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g., PADEP)
Proficiency in environmental modeling and GIS
Ability to manage complex projects under budget and time constraints
Independent and team-oriented work style in a fast-paced setting.
