ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Comtech Systems, Inc (CSI) is looking for Project Management I (Country Manager) candidates who will perform regional project management to include overseeing all FSR movements, report operational issues, and complete critical command incident reports (CCIR). Candidates will be expected to work with a spirit of cooperation and must exhibit a tenacious work ethic while possessing the drive and critical thinking to excel in potentially tumultuous conditions.

Prefer candidates with a valid US passport.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

All candidates will perform the following duties:

Coordinate and prepare updates to the PM TN customer working hand-in hand with Program and Regional Managers.

Perform data analysis and performance trend driving initiatives for improvement as required.

Coordinate and trend deployment tracking of subcontractor (if required) performance, vacancies, etc.

Stay abreast of funding levels associated with staffing prime & subcontractors (if required).

Be aware of all programmatic details.

Assist in quality-focused execution of the GTACS II task order with the prime including all subcontractor execution.

Assist in scheduling, budgeting, staffing, logistics, asset management, internal/external program communications, and overall customer satisfaction.

Assist in accountability for quality management of vendors and subcontractors working with the prime contractor's Quality Manager. Execute all terms of the contract as point person on any Engineering Change Proposals, Engineering Change Notices, Field Service Bullets, etc.

Assist in leading the prime contractor and Subcontract teams as one integrated program team. SKILLS REQUIRED:

All candidates will have the following minimum skills:

Ability to work both in the office and in the field

In-depth knowledge of satellite communication market

Highly developed written and oral communication skills

Have good verbal communication skills

Have good documentation and writing skills

Have knowledge of government contract structure and execution

Minimum 5 years knowledge of SATCOM systems

Minimum 2 years experience in a Military environment EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred Associate's degree in Business Management OR 11 total years of recent specialized experience.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
