Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Project Manager (Royal Oak, MI) include:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers
Develop and maintain good client relationships for expanded or new work opportunities
Negotiates revisions, changes, and additions with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors for changes in scope of work
Maintain high standards of workmanship that meet or exceed owner's expectations
Monthly scheduling and budget (P&L) reporting
Demonstrate a professional attitude consistent with company values and culture
Attend and participate in all project meetings and company training

The Successful Applicant
The succesful candidate for Project Manager (Royal Oak, MI) possesses:
Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field
Minimum 4 years construction project management experience in a healthcare, commercial, or industrial environment
Familiarity with construction management software-Procore experience is a plus
Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFI's, and project close out procedures
Ability to monitor schedule developments and updates with the Project Superintendent to ensure projects are on schedule
Knowledgeable of applicable OSHA safety requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Detail oriented with the ability to multi task
Presentation experience
Strong leadership qualities
