Job SummaryJoin a rapidly growing team supporting a stable and expanding Capital Markets organization at a major Global Bank. This role is part of the CBDDT Production Services group, providing hands-on application support for a portfolio of client-facing financial applications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Application Production Support & Incident Management

Provide hands-on Level 2/3 production support for CBDDT applications.

Drive incident resolution, troubleshooting, and problem management in a high-paced environment.

Work closely with Change The Bank (CTB) teams to ensure a smooth transition of new features into production.

Lead disaster recovery planning and execution, keeping internal risk systems up to date.

Access & Identity Management

Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Account Inventory (PAI), and Access Manager activities.

Oversee Non-Personal IDs (NPIDs) lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Regulatory & Compliance Governance

Ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements, audit findings, and security mandates.

Implement access controls, risk mitigation strategies, and security best practices.

Onboarding & Documentation

Manage onboarding of new applications, ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.

Maintain documentation for access governance, risk assessments, and security policies.

Security & Infrastructure

Implement and maintain VPN setups, security systems, and certificate management for secure access.

Monitor system security controls and align them with compliance standards.

Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration

Act as a lead support role, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability.

Provide mentorship and guidance on access management, compliance, and security best practices.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

3+ years of experience in Financial Technology or Capital Markets Technology roles.

Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.

Expertise in Application Support, Deployment, and Troubleshooting.

Experience working with RHEL Unix/Linux, Windows environments, and scripting (Perl, Bash, Python, PowerShell, batch).

Familiarity with MS SQL/Sybase and ability to write on-the-fly DB statements.

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (ITRS Geneos, Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.).

Nice to Have:

Experience with batch scheduling platforms (BMC Control-M, Autosys, Tidal, etc.).

Strong foundation in DevOps and automation (Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, Nexus, etc.).

Experience documenting processes and incidents in JIRA and Confluence.
