Complete welding assignments in a fast-paced environment focusing on quality and safety to maximize production.

Responsibilities

Repair, fabricate, and/or paint roll-off boxes, material handling equipment, and other projects

Determine levels of repair needed and make decisions on what to repair and what to scrap

Assign work to other techs for daily, weekly, and monthly operations

Enter work orders, parts charge outs, and equipment ordering into MRO system

Track time and costs of repaired items

Communicate progress with other departments and supervisors

Able to use a computer, e-mail, excel, and other fabrication based software.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be able to arc weld with stick and mig abilities efficiently.

Ability to work independently focusing on quality and safety.

Comply with all safety requirements.
