Raw Materials Processor
Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, was founded by two former MLB players and their athletic trainer who began handcrafting bats for some of the best players in the game from their garage in 2004. Fast forward to today, that dedication to quality and understanding of players’ needs has turned Marucci into an All-American success story, the number one bat preferred by players and The Official Bat of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Position Summary:
Marucci Sports is looking for a Raw Materials Processor to join our team! You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all incoming raw materials required for the company’s bat production process, while also sorting and maintaining inventory levels. This role also collaborates effectively with other team members to support various operational needs.
Position Responsibilities:
Process all incoming raw materials ensuring they are appropriately categorized.
Process and sort incoming cut bats.
Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move and store materials as needed.
Maintain the work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Replenish shop with available inventory as needed.
Unload/load all incoming/outgoing shipments.
Restack pallets for inventory placement, ensuring stability and proper organization.
Assist in other areas as needed.
Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, data entry, and communication.

Position Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Related experience preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
