What you will do

Act as a local expert on Robotic Surgery products, providing comprehensive support during the MAKO launch both inside and outside the operating room. Deliver training, continuous service, and education for clients managing new MAKO accounts, ensuring high-level clinical support and product guidance for both internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with relevant departments in the development and preparation of forecasts, enabling strategic planning.

Ensure all business operations and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker's Code of Conduct, and the highest ethical standards.

Lead and develop direct reports, fostering opportunities for professional growth and continuous development.

Support clinical education and training for MAKO in Stryker Puerto Rico, which includes training MPS, surgeons, hospital staff, and Stryker colleagues. Provide support for similar activities for the JR product line as needed.

Facilitate and support the development, preparation, and delivery of MAKO cadaveric courses and surgeon certifications. Provide assistance with JR cadaveric courses when required.

What you will need

Required:

Degree or certification as a Surgical Technologist, Nurse, or related healthcare field

Previous experience in operating rooms and hospital environments

Advanced English.

Preferred:

Experience in Orthopedics.

Experience with surgical robotic systems such as Da Vinci, CORI, or ROSA.
