Job Description
Busy contracting office is looking for a talented individual to bolster our team.
Responsibilities include:
Coordination of all aspects of projects from lead contact through installation
Tracking marketing sources of incoming leads
Heavy phone and email contact with customers
Scheduling estimates and installations
Permitting of all projects as necessary
Utility mark-out coordination
Assisting in sales and customer relationship efforts by following up on estimates and installations
Able to see areas lacking and willing to pitch in to ensure success
Other tasks as assigned
To be considered for this position, you should be:
- Reliable as this role is an integral part of our operations
- Able to understand and logically maintain scheduled appointments
- Able to prioritize independently and multi-task effectively
- Professional, articulate, concise, and patient while interacting with customers on the phone
- Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel), internet and general computer use
- Organized and a quick learner
Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday with overtime as needed to complete work tasks. Paid vacation, sick and holidays, health benefits, 401k.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 and up depending upon experience
