Client Solutions Configuration Manager Total Site Solutions (TSS), Round Rock, TX., seeks a results-driven Client Solutions Configuration Manager.
The Client Solutions Configuration Manager leads a team within the Configuration Services department focused on the custom build, integration, and fulfillment of technology systems for TSS's enterprise customers and partners.
This role ensures systems are built to exact specifications, delivered on time, and meet rigorous quality standards.
In addition to hands-on technical oversight, the position is responsible for managing key customer and program relationships, establishing project governance, and driving continuous process improvement.
This role requires a candidate who not only has hands-on experience in Configuration Services but also a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities * Lead the configuration and fulfillment of computer systems tailored to partner and customer requirements * Manage day-to-day team performance, including technician oversight and workflow execution * Act as a primary point of contact for customer programs, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and on-time delivery * Establish and enforce project governance to oversee installation and client acceptance of systems * Collaborate with cross-functional departments-Production, Engineering, Quality, and Client Services-to ensure seamless execution * Drive strategic and tactical planning initiatives to optimize configuration processes and support continuous improvement * Leverage strong client relationship skills to liaise with external partners, ensuring technical capabilities meet account requirements * Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements, emphasizing quality management, OPEX, and cost control * Maintain accurate program documentation, configuration records, and performance tracking * Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and ESD compliance * Lead team coaching, development, and performance reviews, fostering a culture of accountability and success * Respond to escalations and lead the resolution of configuration issues affecting fulfillment Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) * 5+ years of experience in Configuration Services or technology systems integration * 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced technical or production environment * Proven project management experience, with a diverse and comprehensive approach to driving departmental and company goals * Strong understanding of computer hardware, custom build processes, system imaging, and testing * Demonstrated ability to manage client/vendor relationships, strategic planning, and cost management * Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills with an adaptable approach to ambiguity * Proficiency with ERP and ticketing systems (NetSuite preferred) and a keen analytical mindset for data-informed decision making * Proven track record in quality management, process improvement, and OPEX/cost management Preferred Experience * PMP or equivalent project management certification * Experience working in a server build, data center, or systems integration environment * Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO process knowledge * Exposure to high-performance computing or enterprise tech ecosystems * Previous leadership experience in a high-volume configuration or enterprise systems delivery environment * Familiarity with 3PL relationships and outsourced fulfillment * Prior success managing global or enterprise client accounts Why Join Our Team?
