As a GSOC Analyst, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with coworkers on all shifts, in a fast paced office environment.

Rotating schedule: Full-time, Days, Mid-shift or Overnight. Rotating days off.

Responsibilities of a GSOC Analyst :

Real Time Monitoring - Continuously monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, alarms

Incident Response - Identify, assess and respond to security incidents, escalating as necessary

Data Logging and Reporting - Maintain accurate logs of incidents, access policies for employees/visitors

Threat Analysis - Analyze potential security threats and provide reports to security management

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

NJ SORA License

Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

Must be able to onboard (1 day) in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office

Strong customer service skills and professionalism required

Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
