We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Farm & Home Hardware in Wakeman, OH. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our store.

Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations

Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service

Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees

Ensure store cleanliness and organizationRequirements:

Prior retail management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
