Textile Weaver Machine Setup/Operator $16 hr. Enoree, SC –
Weekly Production Bonus- After initial training is completed in 2-6 weeks, depending on your progress
3rd shift M-F 12 AM-8 AM
This position is responsible for ensuring that production lines are running at optimal levels while closely monitoring running conditions; and smoothing production process flow based on customer specifications, inspection, and packaging requirements.

Qualifications/Skills:
Ensure that looms are running defect-free after any corrective action. Document and/or flag if needed.
Patrol assigned looms according to defined assignment, repair loose ends, waste running, and ends without drop wires.
Examine looms to determine causes of loom stoppage, such as warp filling, harness breaks, or mechanical defects, and correct as needed
Inspect cloth for defects and prevent loom from running seconds
Work closely with Loom Technicians in order to improve quality and yield. Communicate with fabric inspectors in order to anticipate any potential defects.
Adjusting/repairing/changing essential machine components
Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability to changing work environments and business needs
Sets up production lines-
Handles all job change-over activities – Uninstalls all existing setup and re-installs all production tools needed for the next job
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the production floor
Maintains daily wipe down of production traffic area
Communicating with Team Leader on Quality Assurance
Manages the logistics of raw materials, finished goods, and scrap materials
Assists the Production Manager in weekly preventive maintenance of machines
Various tasks relating to the daily production schedule
Keep up with the production pace throughout the shift
Eye for quality attention to detail
Ability to move between tasks

Must understand and maintain written records and documentation (daily activity)
Must be professional
Able to lift 25 lbs. throughout the shift
Ability to perform very repetitive motions
Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours. Some stations have sit-down desks
