Project and Renovation Management

1. Responsible for evaluate the scheme of the design and provide some reasonable advice;

2. Estimate the quotation of vendors to advise the selection of the proper vendor;

Maintenance Management

1. Plan the maintenance schedule of all equipment and coordinate with vendors;

2. Coordinate with vendors to conduct the active corrective maintenance;

Minor Project Management

1. Support or cooperate with FM/AFM/FO to complete the M&E and indoor fitment project;

Emergency and Incident Response

1. Coordinate with vendors to response the emergency call if necessary;

2. Analyse the Incident Report and advice some preventive measures;

New Project Hand-over

1. Support AFM/FO to make new project hand-over inspection, especially in M&E defection;

Monthly Report

1. Support and monitor the relate information on M&E and fitment into the FM Monthly Report;

Any other duties assigned by the FM upon request
