I2X Technologies is seeking a GNCP Software Verification Engineer to support ongoing activities for a customer in Littleton, CO. This position will be Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Guidance, Navigation, Controls and Propulsion (GNCP) FSW Verification Support

Perform GNCP flight software verification, including test for human rated spacecraft.

Docking Phase 2 - Flight Systems Support

Support MPCV Spacecraft docking GNCP and BFS RPOD software development, validation and verification, as directed by the technical POC.

Tasks shall include, but are not limited to the following:

Review and understand requirements and their parts success criteria

Create test cases/test scripts in Python to fully verify success criteria

Follow a process of developing Python based testing through a final qualification review

Review existing GNCP verification tests in regression; identify any failings, understand the issues, and implement corrections

Run both software and hardware test beds

Collaborate effectivly with team members, outside mode teams, developers, and principal engineers

Deliverable(s):

Qualified requirement success criteria through a final qualification process

Python test script, and utilities

Doors documentation

Multiple result files

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and 9+ years of relevant flight software experience required

Expert level proficiency in C++ and Python

Ability to work a hybrid schedule

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
