Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general property maintenance and repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and fix various issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.

Diagnose and repair HVAC, appliances, and other property-related systems.

Handle minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in property maintenance is required.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Must have own tools to complete necessary repairs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items when needed.
