In this position, you will:
Data Systems & Pipelines: Design and maintain efficient systems for data collection, storage, and processing, including ETL workflows.
Business Needs Evaluation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate these into actionable data projects.
Data Analysis: Clean, structure, and analyze raw data using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques. Report findings clearly and effectively.
Model Preparation: Prepare datasets for prescriptive and predictive modeling to support optimal decision-making and future trend forecasting.
AI Agent Development: Design and deploy intelligent agents leveraging real-time and historical big data pipelines to drive predictive decision automation, integrating LLM fine-tuning with distributed computing frameworks for scalable, context-aware business insights.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master’s is a plus;
4+ years working experience as a data engineer or in a similar role;
Experienced in Tableau/FineBI tools;
Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques;
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python);
Hands-on experience with SQL database design;
Great numerical and analytical skills;
Experienced in HIVE/PYSPARK/POSTGRESQL/REDIS/HBASE/DORIS/SQLSERVER/MYSQL;
Less experience will be consider as Analyst Programmer/Senior Analyst Programmer
