QC Inspection Process Improvement Intern

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Time Studies: Conduct detailed time studies of various inspection processes to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement.

Ergonomic Analysis: Analyze the ergonomic design of QC inspector workstations and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce physical strain.

Digital Dashboard Creation: Develop digital dashboards to track and visualize key performance indicators related to inspection processes, including Quality Wall visual inspection and QC audits.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college program, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of ergonomic principles.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
