About the role and you
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused Team Leader to join our Corporate Services team in Wellington.
As the go-to person for all things operations, you'll set the tone for every staff interaction, championing a warm, professional, and world-class service. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day supervision of our Services and Operations team, ensuring seamless, customer-centric support that enables both our legal and business services teams to deliver outstanding results.
This is a hands-on role and you'll be responsible for a broad range of office, facilities and administrative functions, including:
Supervising the Services and Operations Assistant
Proactively managing the upkeep of our facilities and office
Liaising with contractors and external service providers
Managing inbound and outbound mail, couriers and secure document storage
Supporting legal teams with copying, scanning, binding and collation of court documents
Maintaining stock of office supplies, printed collateral and stationery
Assisting with monthly accounts processes for our team
Coordinating event and meeting room setups
Providing back-up support to the reception and catering teams when needed
Contributing to ad hoc tasks and projects led by the Senior HR & Operations Manager
Your ability to prioritise, delegate effectively and maintain high standards under pressure will be key to your success in this role.
