Electro-Mechanical Assembly

Are you a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in cable and wire harness assembly? We’re looking for a skilled Production Assembler to join our team and play a key role in building high-quality electronic components from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Assembler, you’ll work under indirect supervision to complete a variety of assembly tasks. You’ll read and follow work orders, production documentation, and verbal instructions while performing tasks such as:

Cable and wire harness assembly

Box builds and kitting

Soldering, crimping, labeling, and testing

Continuity testing and pin extraction

Support continuous improvement and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 (certification a plus)

Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with microscopes and small tools

Comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams

Basic computer skills and accurate measurement ability

Ability to distinguish color codes and use hand tools effectively

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Manual dexterity and prolonged sitting at a workbench

Close vision required for precision work
