We are a leading manufacturer of store-brand and branded pharmaceutical products, partnering with major retail chains and national brands across the country. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team and serve as a key liaison between our company and our retail clients.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors.
Handle customer inquiries, shipping information, sample requests, quotations
Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system.
Monitor and track order fulfillment, shipment, and delivery status.
Data entry tasks for orders, shipments, tracking information
Communicate product availability, lead times, and delays to customers as needed.
Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products
Support new product launches and changes, including item setup and customer onboarding.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
