Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: $22-$27/hour - depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up CNC machines, adjust programs, and keep production humming.

Operate machines, inspect materials/products, and make on-the-fly adjustments.

Train and mentor, your teammates

Collaborate with other departments to keep processes lean, clean, and mean.

What Youâ ll Need:

1+ year of CNC operation experience.

Setup and basic programming chops.

Ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball.

Forklift certification (or be willing to get it).

Solid skills with measurement tools and computers (nothing crazy, but you should know your way around a mouse and a micrometer).

The Basics:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for 8-hour shifts.

Flexibility to handle last-minute changes

Preferred:

Being bilingual (English/Spanish a plus!)

Previous ERP system experience (extra gold star!).
