IVR Bar is seeking a motivated and passionate Manager with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow with a dynamic and expanding company.
We’ve been proudly serving guests for the past four months at our flagship location — the first of many to come! As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of that journey.
IVR Bar offers a unique fusion dining experience, blending Indian, Mexican, and Italian influences to create a vibrant, flavorful menu that stands out.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience, while also supporting day-to-day operations and helping lead our team with energy and professionalism.

General Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Operations Management: Managing staff, coordinating kitchen and dining room operations, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Financial Management: handling cash flow.
Staff Training and Development: Hiring, training, and mentoring staff, and providing opportunities for growth and development.
Leadership and Motivation: Inspiring and motivating staff to achieve their best and providing positive leadership.
Marketing and Sales: Promoting the restaurant, attracting customers, and increasing sales.
Problem Solving: Addressing issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive dining environment.
Communication: Effectively communicating with staff, customers, and other managers Company Description
